Reports Module for epitome PMS is a powerful reporting tool for epitome Property Management System. All reports have flexible retrieval options, allowing you to obtain data for any time period and utilizing context-specific filter, sorting and grouping parameters. All reports can be viewed on screen, printed or forwarded by email in the popular pdf format.
Each report contains user-definable pre-set values, allowing creation of custom report templates for each user. Reports can also be grouped into batches for automatic processing.
Reports for each user function within the hotel are organized into report groups. Each user also has the possibility of creating his or her personal group containing reports most frequently used by this user. Access to all reports is controlled by user codes and access privileges.
