PK) announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement with Woodfin Suite Hotels, LLC to implement a full range of solutions including Hotel Information Systems core, epitome Property Management System, Point of Sale and Business Intelligence Analytics.

Woodfin Suite Hotels, LLC shall install and operate in its 16 Woodfin Suite Hotels and Chase Suite sites Hotel Information Systems core, epitome Windows PMS and Business Analytics application from a central data center. Hotel Information Systems core is a comprehensive suite of products that is comprised of Corporate Management, Central Reservations, and Reservation Portal.
