Hotel Information Systems, a division of MAI Systems Corporation announces it has entered into a definitive agreement to implement its epitome Enterprise Solution at Kimpton Hotels.

epitome Enterprise, the industry's first Internet-native, end-to-end enterprise solution, enables Kimpton Hotels to centralize rate, availability and guest information. With the epitome Enterprise Solutions, Kimpton Hotels can consolidate information throughout their enterprise and implement true real-time central reservations for the chain's corporate reservations office and Web site, including seamless connectivity to external reservation channels such as Global Distribution Systems and the many new Internet distribution channels all from one central system, securely accessible from anywhere via the Internet.

The solutions selected by Kimpton include Central Reservation Management, Central Rate and Availability Management, Distribution Channel Management, Central Guest Management and Web Reservation Management, all in one Internet-native application. Kimpton Hotels have already successfully installed 4 sites with Hotel Information Systems? epitome Property Management System. Kimpton will be aggressively completing the installation of all sites throughout their portfolio within the near future.
